UNARMED TRADERS ("we"), a sole proprietorship of Sikander Sharma, Moga, Punjab, India, runs trading education and bot-access services at www.unarmedtraders.in. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Sign-in details from Google: your name, email address and profile picture. We do not get your Google password or access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
- Account details you give us: phone number, KYC information and documents you upload, and your trading account (MT5) numbers.
- Payment details: the UPI transaction ID (UTR) and screenshot you submit so we can confirm your payment. We do not store card or bank passwords.
- Support messages you send us.
How we use it
- To sign you in, verify your payment and identity, and open your courses and bot folders.
- To link your MT5 account numbers to your bot licence.
- To reply to your support requests.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the site (Google Firebase for login and storage, Vercel for hosting) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details for as long as your account is open. We keep payment and KYC records for as long as the law requires, even after an account is closed.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and browser storage that are needed to keep you signed in and to run the site. We do not use them to show you ads.
Age
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or close your account, by contacting us. Some payment and KYC records may need to be kept as the law requires.
